Type XIIIa longsword fitted with spherical pommel (Type R) and a variant type 6 guard. Featuring a simple wave design on the terminals, pommel and grip alike.
Beech grip with Scottish deer hide wet formed and hand sewn before being dyed.
Weighing just 1.74kg (3lb 13oz +/-) and measuring 103.5cm (40 3/3″) blade length, Overall length 136cm (53 1/2″) and 5.5cm (2 1/8″) wide at the cross. Overall width of the guard is 25.5cm (10″) pommel roughly 4.5cm round
Fully hardened & tempered CS80 carbon steel – 48-52 rockwell. Supplied sharp
